Do we charge by the hour?

No, we do not charge by the hour but by the job. Depending on the service and several different factors. We truly like to see the home or job prior to the actual service day to give you a quote. *Please call us for more details if you're interested in one of our services so we can better assist you.
What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept cash, check, or Venmo. If you're paying with check please make it payable to "C & A Servicez, LLC."
Do you need to provide us with cleaning supplies?

No, we bring all our own equipment & products. We also provide brand new micro fiber mop heads or steam mop head pads for each individual property!
Wanting "All Natutal" or "Organic Products" used?"

No problem! If you're wanting us to use ONLY all natutal or organic products we can make that happen for you! However, there would be an upcharge in final quote for us using these products in your home.

Billing & Policies

Payments Accepted

At this time we accept cash, check, and Venmo. If you're paying with a check please make sure to make payable to "C & A Servicez, LLC."

Cancellation Policy

We are very strict with our cancelation policy. You are required to reach out to us 24 hours prior to your service. If you happen to cancel your service in less then 24 hours of your service you will be fully responsible for 50% of the rate you were quoted.
